This is the pet policy for Bender Hollow Apartments:<br /><br />We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.<br /><br />There is a $250 pet fee refundable.<br /><br />Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month.<br /><br />There are restricted breeds that are not allowed due to insurance purposes.<br /><br />Restricted breeds include:<br /><br />Full or Mix breed of Akita, Spitz, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and Pitt Bull.
